For Cox and Box, the concept was "Victorian Inspired." I tried to incorporate Victorian elements into more modern-day outfits. This included sourcing modern shirts that were in the style of Victorian garments, or putting a Victorian style shirt with a pair of leggings.
The production happened entirely remotely, so a particular emphasis had to be placed on the torso and up. Additionally, unlike the other remote projects I'd worked on, the actors would be performing on green screens, so the costumes had to look good together, not just in their own little boxes.
Actors also had to run all of their own fittings, and be able to place any and all accessories. Running a full company virtual costume fitting was one of the strangest experiences I've had so far!
